This will meet our needs during 2025 to ensure we have capacity to react to our customers plans. This is coupled with automation and process control investments Texcel are making to improve productivity and customer service.

The general emphasis from customers appears to be one of risk mitigation, with a focus on UK manufacturing and reductions in extended supply chains, with dual sourcing of parts and blank PCBs. Our customers purchasing managers are starting to consider what the next shock might be, and how to minimise its effects. With trade tariffs in the air, and a possible trade war coming there are a lot of things to think about.
